What is Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is an advanced therapeutic method designed to create meaningful and lasting change by working directly with the subconscious mind — the level where automatic patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are formed.

RTT® was developed by therapist Marisa Peer and integrates effective principles from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral approaches  and neuroscience-based techniques. This combination allows the work to move beyond surface-level understanding and reach the deeper level where real transformation occurs.

In an RTT session, we access the subconscious mind to uncover the underlying causes behind patterns, reactions, or challenges that may be affecting your life. When the root of a pattern becomes clear and is addressed at that level, change does not require force or constant effort — it can happen naturally.

This is why many people experience significant shifts within a relatively short period of time. Rather than managing symptoms, the work focuses on resolving what created them.

My role is to guide this process with precision, safety, and attunement to you as an individual. Each session is tailored to your specific situation, your goals, and your internal readiness for change.

For many, noticeable results occur within one to three sessions, depending on the topic and personal process.

What happens in a Rapid Transformational Therapy session?

I start by putting you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. It´s rather like meditation, a sleep of your nervous system. You are always in control and you will remember everything afterwards. This relaxed state allows us to shut down the conscious thinking mind and access the subconscious where all beliefs, values and memories are stored.

In this relaxed state we revisit scenes from your life which have everything to do with where your deeper beliefs (which are driving your current behaviors) stemmed from. After looking over three or four scenes from your life and working together to understand their meaning for you, we’ll reflect on the connections between your past and present, reframing and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Once we achieve your breakthrough, we’ll work on creating new empowering beliefs for lasting change, I give your mind suggestions, upgrading you with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in line with what you want for yourself and your life.

You’ll receive a personalized audio recording you should listen to for at least 21-30 days, helping establish new neural pathways and solidify the positive transformations. The mind learns through repetition and by hearing these suggestions every day you are reinforcing positive, supportive and beneficial change.
